World export of candles – Poland once again on the podium 07 July 2023

In 2021, the largest exporter of candles was China ($897 million). With exports worth USD 796 million, our country was ranked second, ahead of Vietnam (USD 649 million), the United States (USD 284 million) and the Netherlands (USD 248 million). What’s more, Poland with the result of USD 176 million attracts 3rd place among the countries that recorded an increase in exports on the candle market.

These results found that in 2020-2021, candle exports increased by 38.9% from USD 3.39 billion to USD 4.7 billion. The candle trade accounts for 0.022% of world trade activity. [1]
