Polwax has entered into a significant raw material agreement worth nearly 30 million PLN 03 January 2024

Polwax has concluded a purchase agreement with Aramco Fuels Poland for paraffin wax in the year 2024. The value of the agreement, considering current levels of factors affecting the pricing formula, is estimated at 30 million PLN net.

The Company’s management informs that both the specified quantities and the pricing formula for the purchased paraffin raw materials are satisfactory for the Company in ensuring its significant raw material needs in 2024. This will have a substantial impact on the ability to fulfill commercial contracts in 2024. The signed agreement covers the Company’s raw material requirements in 2024 for the primary material used in production, estimated at a level of 25-30%.
