Poland is the leader of the white meat market 05 June 2023
According to the estimates of the European Commission, this year Poland will produce approx. 3,007,000 tonnes of white meat. Germany comes second and France is right behind them. More than half of the white meat produced in Poland is exported. Chicken poultry remains the most popular type of farmed poultry, and then turkeys, geese and ducks.
However, before the meat goes on sale, it must be feathered. Our company has created a series of paraffin-based products that allow for effective removal of feathers. What’s more, each of the waxes meets the required standards and is intended for direct contact with food.
