New Elections in the Supervisory Board of Polwax S.A. 01 August 2024
The Management Board of Polwax S.A. with its registered office in Jasło (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that on July 30, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company elected Mr. Dariusz Pietyszuk as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Marek Kaczyński as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to appoint the Audit Committee with the following composition, electing Mr. Bartosz Królewicz as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Composition of the Audit Committee:
- Mr. Bartosz Królewicz – Chairman of the Audit Committee
- Mr. Dariusz Pietyszuk – Member of the Audit Committee
- Mr. Adam Łanoszka – Member of the Audit Committee
