Changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company 24 July 2024

The Management Board of Polwax S.A. informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on July 22, 2024, made the following decisions regarding changes in the Supervisory Board:

  • Mr. Michał Wnorowski, serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Audit Committee, was removed from the composition of the Supervisory Board for the III term.
  • The following individuals were appointed to the Supervisory Board for the III term:
    • Mr. Bartosz Królewicz
    • Mr. Dariusz Pietyszuk
    • Mr. Witold Grabysz
    • Mr. Marek Kaczyński
