Agreement on Essential Terms for the Conclusion of a Contract with JMP for the Sale of Inserts for 2024 08 June 2024

On June 7, 2024, the Management Board of Polwax S.A. agreed with Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A. on the essential terms of the supply of inserts for 2024. The commercial terms and volumes of candle inserts were agreed upon. The estimated value of transactions under the agreed terms will amount to PLN 37.1 million net. Due to the estimated value of transactions with JMP in 2024 in the area of candle product supply (candles), which will amount to PLN 57.8 million net, as informed by the Company in current report No. 5/2024 of March 21, 2024, the estimated total value of transactions with JMP in 2024, covering both candles and inserts, will amount to PLN 94.9 million net.
